Homelab (2024 - Now) #
Around August of 2024, I bought a second hand Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 with intel Core i5-6600T CPU, 8 GB RAM. I setup Debian GNU/Linux on it and installed it in my home. Currently its connected to internet behind a residential ISP that uses CGNAT. Therefore, in order to access it from anywhere I am using Tailscale which is a mesh VPN that is capable of NAT punching and can connect two devices behind a NAT without needing a relay. I use this server to host:
- Caddy as a reverse proxy and TLS provider with self-signed keys.
- PiHole as DNS server with DNS filtering and custom DNS entries.
- Unbound as recursive DNS resolver to avoid Cloudflare or Google DNS.
- Nextcloud AIO (All-in-One) as self-hosted Google suite alternative.
- Jellyfin for open source media management system.
- Syncthing for P2P file synchronization.
Caddy, PiHole, Jellyfin and Nextcloud AIO are hosted as docker containers.

AttentionSense (2023) #
Developed for Computer Programming for Engineers class, AttentionSense is a virtual reality application develop for identifying symptoms of ADHD in adolescents using the Oculus Quest 2 headset. During an animated story sequence built in Unity Game Engine, it tracks user’s head movement and response times to specific visual and auditory distractions and uses these metrics to calculate an ADHD probability score. It processes this data into gaze heatmaps and response time graphs to help psychiatrists make preliminary clinical analysis. Aims to be an accessible, low-cost method for identifying attention deficits compared to traditional, time-consuming assessments.
